HK-Care Consulting Limited (Domiciliary division) will have a policy of promoting the maintenance of Service Users’ normal social networks and social activities. Our organisation recognises how lonely and isolated people who use services can be and will endeavour to operate above and beyond to ensure people who use services are not excluded and left lonely. The Service User’s Care Plan will include a facility for recording life history, social networks and contacts, and preferences for activities and hobbies in order that the Service User is offered access to those networks and activities which are appropriate and desired. The organisation will collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure a wholistic approach to delivery of care.
