HK CARE CONSULTING offers a range of consulting services which include, providing new, developing and established companies with knowledge and tools they need to successfully set up and run a sustainable business and offer on going support.  We support with understanding of clinical governance to ensure service improvements through external audits. We provide interim management services within clinical and care settings which allows us to work with managers already in posts to support them develop skills to set up and improve services by looking at processes, recruitment and sustainability.

We also develop and set up competence frameworks for carers and nurses to improve accountability and to allow nurses and carers to take ownership of their practices and enhance their skills. Our clinical team will also review policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect NICE, CQC and NMC guidance. We also help services device robust quality management plans (QMPs) that are specific to their services.

We can assist in developing person centred care plans and tools to effectively review and ensure that appropriate assessments to include risk assessments are managed and maintained.

We provide external audits to support compliance and objectivity, development of SMART action plans, development of business continuity plans and development and implementation of quality assurance and audit systems.

We also offer independent complaints investigations and support and independent staff disciplinary investigations and support.
